Icefields Parkway Region Canyon Ice Walks

The Canadian Rockies Adventure Center offers multi-hour ice walks that take adventurers up the Athabasca Glacier. Throughout the walk, short stops allow guides to introduce groups to the concepts of active glaciation and features of a glacially carved landscape. The Canadian Rockies Adventure Centre also offers a wide range of exciting adventures year-round in the beautiful Rocky Mountains. During summer months, activities offered include wildlife viewing, river rafting, rock climbing, guided hiking, cave tours and more. In the winter, activities such as snowmobiling, ice fishing and ice climbing are featured. Adventures are offered in a variety of locations including Banff, Canmore, Kananaskis Country, Golden and Icefields Parkway region.
